How do I access the system?

If your company is a Quantum customer, simply access the system login screen, and click on the “request your access” option on the website and complete the registration form.

If your company is not a customer, please contact us by email at comercial@quantumfinance.com.br  and inform us what data you want to access. Our team will return your email as soon as possible.

I forgot/lost my password. How do I recover it?

Just go to the system login screen, and click on the "forgot my password" option. After confirming your login, a new password will be sent to your email.

How do I schedule training on a tool?

We offer some tutorial videos to assist you in using the platform. To access them just place the mouse over your name (upper right hand corner) and click on the "Video Tutorials" option. If you still have questions after watching the video, feel free to contact our support team.

How do I access the asset comparison tool?

Just go to the tool's website and request access. Please note that you need to be a financial market specialist to get access.

I received an email with new Quantum features. How do I schedule a presentation about what's new?

Please send an email to suporte@quantumfinance.com.br and our Training and Relationship team will contact you to schedule the most suitable date.

What should I do if the system becomes unstable?
